How Our Process Works
We have a very structured, well defined consistent process for sign-up, assessment and on-going management of services. We constantly review our processes and do process improvements to provide you the best of care. You can be at peace because we are working hard to deliver the best services to you.
We have a great team starting from our President, Agency Director, Nursing Supervisor and Caregivers, all from the local community. Our joint effort is to deliver the best and go above and beyond expectations in everything we do.
Dr. Rich Stephnowski, Agency Director and Nursing Supervisor:
Rich is a native of Chicago, he relocated to Greensboro, NC in 1991 to pursue a position as a Chemist. After working in the field of Chemistry for numerous years, due to his desire to serve the community he completed his Nursing degree from Winston-Salem State University and became an RN. He has a great interest in Geriatrics and brings in his extensive experience and passion to Piedmont Companion Care and is very dedicated to the health and wellness of our clients. Rich is dedicated to the elderly population and strives to develop and maintain high quality programs/services for this special population.
Health Care Specialists:
Our Health Care Specialists have a passion to care the elderly and have had personal experiences taking care of their own dear ones, and bring a wealth of knowledge to understand your needs and develop a custom care plan for you or your dear ones. Most importantly we treat our clients as part of our extended family and this starts with the Home Care specialists who work hard to ensure the best care and become a trusted advisor for you.
Our President: Brings in extensive Management/Leadership experience and has a desire to serve the community and see direct results in improving lives of people in the local community. She is passionate about providing quality care and excels in whatever she does.
Caregivers: The Caregivers who are selectively picked and trained to provide you or your dear ones TOP IN CLASS service, they work hard (and smart) so you don't have to.
